THE LOGISTICS ; WEDDING MANAGEMENT
Here at Charlotte Fête, logistics are our niche. Our version of Day-Of or Month-Of Coordination is called Wedding Management. This management service is so much more than a brief partnership - we work with you from the moment that you sign our contract, through your entire wedding weekend.
Management covers anything that is not related to the look of your wedding - things like the budget, your timeline, vendor selection and communication, etiquette, and so much more.
This service also includes full on-site management or "coordination" of your wedding day, so that you can enjoy the day as the guest of honor, not the host.
Although we highly suggest retaining our services at the early stages of planning, we do accept a limited number of management clients who inquire at later stages in their planning process.
THE LOOK AND FEEL ; WEDDING DESIGN
Need someone to guide you in the right direction with the overall aesthetic of your ceremony and reception? Consider utilizing Charlotte Fête's design service. It takes careful skill and direction to bring your vision to life, and we know the most valuable and strategic ways to impress your guests at any venue.
This is an extremely interactive experience. You'll be presented with vision boards, decor plans and mock-ups to ensure that we curate the ideal look and feel for your event. Design services are best for clients who need assistance with translating their thoughts (or Pinterest boards) into a tangible and impactful plan.
Our Full Service Package includes completely comprehensive design services alongside our management services. This option is ideal for couples who wish to have a designer that will fully manage every aspect of their wedding vision.
